How to add a post

When you select Blog from the Cert IV group Blog you will receive the option to do a few things. One of which is “Create a new post” If you select it you can add your thoughts and then click Publish/Update Post on the righthand side of the page and your post will appear on the Group Blog. By doing this your working “behind the scences” of the site.

To get back to the front of the site then move your eyes to the top of the windowthere si a dark banner running along the top of the window, you can see the certificate IV in Frontline management title just click it and you will return to the site

Interview with Gerry Rebello by Patsie Newsome

Here is my first interview.

 

I interviewed Gerry Rebello, who is a team leader with the Licensing Systems and Productions Unit and I asked him 2 questions:

 

1.     "In what way is leadership different in public sector organisations" and

2.     "Do you believe that you can learn to be a leader or is leadership an attribute you either have or don’t have"
